On the way home from WPPI we stopped out in the middle of no where and hopped out of the car for some casual portraits as the sun started to set. I shot these on my Contax 645 on Fuji 400H film. I think with film I’ll have to shoot a bit differently since shooting straight into backlight with flare doesn’t always produce the same look as it does on digital. I’ve always heard with film, that you want to back light and make sure that you don’t have any lens flare before you take the shot. I’ll have to play around with it more and figure it out through personal trial and error though since some of my shots came out lovely and others kind of muddy and undesirable.
Here’s Serena with her black Kelly Moore Bag. I bought mine in gray at WPPI and am loving it so far. A full review is coming soon.
Serena is always rocking such a stylish yet laid back look.
The ever so cute Caroline!
I’m liking how serene this photo of Adrienne is. It looks like she’s breathing in the quiet morning air and just taking in the moment. Never mind that it was near sunset with 3 other photographers furiously shooting away with her. Work with me here, ok?
