Welcome to my Blog!

If I love doing something, there’s nothing in the world that will stop me from doing it. Case in point: I grew up drawing on the walls of my house, much to the chagrin of my parents, who had to repaint the interior before they could sell it. Though I no longer use crayons to express myself, I still have that passion today for creating beautiful images.

I now use a camera to capture what would otherwise be fleeting moments between two people sharing in the excitement of beginning a new life together. There is little else that can evoke such strong emotion and bring back cherished memories as a well-composed photo, and I aim to capture just that with each one I take. I want my images to hold a special place in your heart for years to come.

I feel honored to be present at such a significant time in my clients’ lives and hope you’ll invite me to become part of yours, too.

Jessica and Zach married on a gorgeous perfectly sunny afternoon surrounded by their nearest and dearest friends and family. I was absolutely smitten by all the details that the two had put into their big day. From the femininely sweet and light as air Melissa Sweet gown, to their romantic color scheme and reception details, everything just looked incredible on their wedding day.

Everything was coordinated by the awesomeness that is Kerrie by Platinum Weddings by Kerrie. The girls were glamified by the talented Sherry McAnnely of On Location Beauty. Zach arrived at Jessica’s hotel in a limo to have their First Look moment. I love when my couples opt to do this! Check out how beautiful these next few images are!

Check out the amazing details of Jessica and Zach’s wedding reception at the Spanish Hills Country Club. I adored their cake/dessert table created by Joleen of A Sweet Design! It was so perfectly done and everything was delish!

Then we snuck off outside for some more portrait time with Jessica and Zach on the grounds of the Spanish Hills Country Club.

And then it was time for us to join the reception.

I kept thinking all night that if ever I were to throw a party, I would want these two there for sure. They were tearing up the dance floor and keeping the party moving! It was great to watch!
