I heard them coming long before I even saw them. Squeals of delight, unabashed giggles and little feet furiously pounding on the marble floors before they whizzed right by me straight to the lobby doors trying to get out. That was Ronan and his little sister Chloe. The cutest little kids with the big personalities. Sue and her beautiful children were in Orange County visiting from Maryland and I was blessed to have been able to photograph the two of them together. I believe this was Chloe and Ronan’s first time seeing the Pacific. It was love at first sight.
So images like this just kill me. It’s beyond adorable because it’s so innocent and because you know in a few more years they’ll hit an age where they’ll think kissing your brother/sister is gross.
These two have permanent smiles plastered on their faces. They’re the happiest kids I’ve ever met!
Oh, to be a kid again and to feel that much joy just running on the sand. I love Chloe’s expression in these next two images.
I thought it was cute how Ronan instinctively knew to hold up his pants lest they get wet.
