I hearby mandate that Ellie is no longer allowed to grow up. She’s sprouting so quickly, learning new tricks and showing so much personality that it amazes us each and every day. My little baby is growing up way too fast. She’s cutting her fifth tooth this week and the sight of it made me a bit melancholy. Babies aren’t babies when they have a full set of chompers, are they? And I was growing quite fond of her fangs. Yes, I said fangs. Ellie’s on Team Edward for sure.
And check out those chunky thighs. Impressive, wouldn’t you say? People keep asking me if I’ve started planning her dohl (1 year birthday for Korean babies) and I haven’t. All my Mommy friends say I should have started by now. Oh, the stress! It’s like planning a mini wedding and I’m so not a planner. I have ideas, but that’s as far as I’ve gotten. I think I may have to enlist some special forces.
